"My first and last experience with Firestone. I had an appointment for 11am on Jan.19th. I arrived to Firestone at approximately 10:45am and spoke with Danni at the counter. 11am appointment, Danni told me they would be done at 3pm. Arrived to Firestone at approximately 3:45pm and only 2 tires had been installed at that point. Danni told me it would be much longer, at a little after 5pm tires were finally installed. Had them fore go the alignment check as it was well after 5pm. Watched Mechanics walk around doing very little in the shop and were talking and on their phones. No sense of urgency, watched 1 Mechanic just walk around popping hoods on several other vehicles and not turning a single wrench. I have never had this terrible of an experience getting tires replaced, not sure what the point of making an appointment is if it's going to take over 5 hours to replace and balance tires. I will not be a repeat customer, cost of tires doesn't match quality service. Should be ashamed."

"Called to make an appointment and they got me in the next day. I was able to drop my car off the night before and most of my communication was with Danni who was very helpful and worked with me on the items that needed to be fixed right away as well as the things that should be done very soon. He also helped with the things that needed repaired but could wait for another time. I'm pleased to say my vehicle is running a lot better and will most definitely be using this location for future repairs."

"I drove in for an oil change and general inspection for my cars 30k mile check up. Please note nothing was wrong prior to it being dropped off. 10 minutes after leaving I noticed that my car was not driving properly, shut it off and upon turning it back on black smoke blew out of the exhaust, my check engine light is on, there is a weird smell, and it won’t go more than 20 miles an hour. After an oil change! Now they will not answer my calls."
