"My first impression was the awesome customer service on the phone getting appointment. Mary was so nice and professional!!! We took our car in and there was such a great deal on the oil change and tire rotation that we wanted to bring out other car in later that day, which they accommodated!! We brought our second car in and they found a problem during my inspection. They were awesome in finding the part and getting me scheduled!! Eugene is the manager and he is so nice and really cares about his customers! This place has an amazing work ethic and consternation service…a lost art in America! We will definitely be returning to Brakes Plus!! Definitely recommend this business!!!"

"This place is seriously amazing. Their customer service and care is top notch! I had a really rough time with my daughter behaving in this store when I needed an urgent diagnostic of my car. Most places I would get judgy stares and unsolicited advice from those around me. Eugene and the front desk lady affirmed my parenting and said I was I doing a great job despite her causing quite a scene. I've been back 3 times since to get some more diagnostics and work done. Their prices are quite fair and I haven't had any troubles with my car after coming here. But truly, it's the caring hearts that they all have for their customers is what keeps me coming back!!"

"Went in for an oil change, the tech found other things which they showed me, and asked if I'd like those replaced as well. Normally sure, but I was looking for a newer vehicle now anyway. They didn't try to push the extra sale in parts/labor. I'll continue going here, looking forward to it with my next vehicle too."

"Great service all around! Friendly staff/time quote was accurate/ extremely fair prices/nice waiting room/so far the brakes work! They were able to get me in for brake replacement day of which was a huge relief as it's right before the holiday weekend. They kept me informed as to what was going on at each step and explained the 'why' behind how the parts work and their recommendation which is important imo. This was my first experience with this company and I will definitely be back and recommend them."
