Tires Plus

"Save your time and $ , been a customer for 4 years multiple services tires , oil changes, fuel system issues. Made an appointment for an oil change($56.00 99honda civic) and an inspection for oil leak overheating and muffler. They informed me ahead they dont do mufflers ok no prob, let's oil change and inspect overheating and oil leak. Uber home ($9.00) , get a call your hood pull is broke and we cant get hood open, no problem just pull the cord with vise grips, it's a 99 civic and all the plastic parts have broken even the door handle but hey they got in. Anyways cant use vise grips dont want to cause anymore damage lol. Ok put car outside I'll uber back ($23.00 peak for 1.5miles)while I'm headed to get car I get an inspection email and it states I have a muffler problem and all other points listed as green including oil, which is weird since the hood couldnt be opened. But hey they discounted the inspection price and only charged me $11 to tell me my muffler was rusted through. Imagine if they had followed their documented "hood up" policy prior to inspecting my car. The place is a joke. I was willing and anticipating $700 in repairs after diagnosis.instead it cost me $42 to get saved from a dump. And I can send that money local."

"The attendance for friendly and knowledgeable however they did not get me into the garage on time the waiting room was full of people that were still ahead of me. When was time for my vehicle to be completed they let me know about the condition of my tires of which I appreciated"

"The staff was very friendly when we called and were traveling threw our trailer tire blew out. They were able to get us in and get it changed ASAP. Definitely would recommend them.. There staff is awesome.."

"This place was INCREDIBLE!!! We thought we needed a tire change, due to a small accident causing it to leak. These guys took a quick look as soon as we arrived (20 minutes before closing time). Because we had kids sleeping in the vehicle, they came OUT to the vehicle which was parked in the snow, quickly pulled the tire off and fixed it, and put it back on!! The kids never woke up and there was no need for a new tire or anything. We were back on the road within 15 minutes after pulling into the parking lot. Absolutely outstanding service and phenomenal people to work with. Shout-out to David for the fast repair and accommodating our situation!"
