"The older lady Kelly who is the store manager working was rude, wouldn’t even let me explain what was going on with my battery. I was trying to at least get my core charge back from their garbage battery they sold me and she got pissy cuz I was asking questions and she told me to go to o reilys down the street and denied my core charge. Absolutely garbage service! She needs to be fired. Can’t keep customers with that kind of service!"
"Went here looking for a belt and was very polite like I was raised to be, the employee I asked for help and he wouldn't go find the belt in the back that online said was in stock all because he said that they took his belt wall down so he can't find any anymore. Asked the manager for help and she ignored me. Asked again and was told to shut up and that I won't be served by them because I am a white colonizer as she put it. Oh and when I pulled in to the parking lot it I noticed someone bringing in a TV from a minivan/mini SUV while someone else was loading parts into said minivan /SUV side door. When did AutoZone allow employees to trade parts for electronics. Yes AutoZone please fix your store. You've got a lot of illegal things going on here."
"Lady that came in for shift walked in door and was straight to help me w battery that had several people before me. Awesome help!!! Believe it was between 2pm and 3pm on coldest day this year way to go AUTO ZONE AWESOME EMPLOYEE!!"
