Was able to make it to them and they were able to diagnose the issue and help with parking there until I could get a tow. The diagnosis was able to determine if my issues were covered under my warranty or not. If they were not covered I'd have had full confidence in having the repairs done there. "Went in for an alignment after changing the struts on my 98 escort. Kevin was fantastic and able to squeeze me in same day, despite their busy schedule. They got the front wheels almost dead on, were honest about not being able to adjust my rear wheels, and gave me a full report on what other repairs were still needed. By the way guys, I already did my tune up and air filter. I also figured out how to adjust the rear camber. I can show you the next time I'm in if you want :)"
