I had an air conditioning problem which they thoroughly diagnosed. They did not throw parts at the AC. I found I needed new rotors and break pads for the front axel of my second vehicle. I made an appointment online and left a note of what I needed done. I loved that they had the parts ready for when I arrived. No fuss at all. They completely did as I asked them to do!
