"Stay away from these "luxury" apartments. Pros: - You'll have a place to live? Cons: - Maintenance takes months to respond to concerns and then they will close your work order and you will put another one in or call the office about it and it will get closed again - They charge unreasonable move out prices. Get ready for that bill! - Managent is disgusting and rude. Never smile and always just want you off the phone/out the door ASAP - Will not respond to requests on bad wiring inside the apartment for wifi - Will have some type of project waking us up or requiring us to move cars every other week - Roach infestation!!! So glad to be done with these apartments. Take your money elsewhere."

"Our sliding door is very hard to open I’ve asked that it be fixed before and nothing was done. So I have to go buy w40 just to get it open without much force. Our washer also hasn’t been working for about 2 months. So we have to use the laundry mat which isn’t that cheap. They tried to check it one time but it still doesn’t spin/ drain water from clothes. Yes we missed them one day(in October),but that’s only because we work 10hr+ shifts and are more likely asleep during the day. On the past maintenance requests I included the days I’m more available (mon-wed) yet my request was deleted. I’ve also left voicemails asking about our washer being fixed haven’t got any response. I think it’s unfair for tenants to be paying $1500+ for a unit that includes a working washer/dryer and them not getting that and having to got elsewhere. But I guess it doesn’t matter to them since I’m moving soon."

"They had us paying high electricity for over a year just because they wouldn’t replace a broken AC unit that kept running and air got hotter. Until we threatened them with lawyers. Sorry Mexican people running it, they don’t know how to handle any situation, they get offended easily and will call the cops on people that PAY rent and want there broken appliances replaced. I guess they ran out of money and couldn’t keep up with the complex so they have to threaten there own tenants"

"I have been here for over two years and I will highlight the pros and cons. Pros: Gated community, does feel safe and great pool area. To contrast some reviews, I've never had bug issues. I get the loud noises sometimes early in the morning, its not common but I understand they need to get work done. Glendale takes heat for crime, however this area is peaceful and I have honestly felt safe living here for the timespan. Cons: They don't invest any money in maintenance staff! At ALL! Always get told that there is 2 people for 270 units? Hello!? INVEST!!! I've had broken amenities ranging from a few months to over a year and a half! Some maintenance I had requested a year and a half ago was "fixed" after a month of waiting. Just kidding it was still broken but the ticket was marked as "fixed". I gave them the courtesy of not reinputting it since it was minor, but now I have a broken dryer, a bad toilet, a year and a half old failed request, how much longer until I give up on a staff that has already given up? Bad company decisions. You have the units, you have the income, you have unhappy residents. Invest in training and keeping a plentiful team of maintenance that can accomodate the demand. I would rank lower but I felt happy here until I was always told "you'll get an email for an eta!" only to be ignored and abandoned."

"I was woken up at 9AM on a Saturday to excessive banging on wood & on metal, and to my dogs barking because of that. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was loud, you could hear it from the leasing office. I work nights so the last thing I need is interrupted sleep it’s hard enough with the daylight. I tried to ignore it but it’s been over an hour from outside both corners of my bedroom. But if we were to get a noise complaint Club Valencia would be all over that. It’s not the workers fault it’s whoever scheduled this. In what world is that time schedule appropriate??? How inconsiderate."
