"For being a utilities included apartment complex, they are pretty good with keeping up maintenance. I have lived here for going on 9 years and only been without air for a couple of weeks, without hot water a couple times, also the pool was closed 2 years. However if you can meet the monetary requirements they are incredibly reasonably priced and I am grateful for the ability to pay my rent on a limited income!"
