"Current resident the last management company was decent but this new one since October of 2021 is running this place into the ground. No improvements to the apartments, no landscaping, the on site maintenance, and no direct means of communication with management besides doing a pop up at one of there many locations..... just don't attempt to rent from them!"

"This is the worst place that I have ever lived. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, the pool goes months without being cleaned, and the staircase is wobbly. The new owners do not respond to maintenance requests. I have called over and over and no one has ever picked up the phone. They will make you pay rent in person by money order, but their office is constantly closed, making it impossible to pay on time. To top it all off? They're raising the rent on every tenant despite having made no updates or improvements."

I'm registered Landlord in Maricopa County Casa Del Rey which is private niehbhood with community pool that did not preserve the rights of privacy rerved for the individual owners of private residential real estate lots by disclosing His name in open filings small claim court."

"Absolutely deplorable place to live, give thought to tenant safety bedbugs, roaches, termites, ticks, and fleas run the place the following owner takes pride in building being included in the "grandfather clause" with a historical building but all that means is he is not required to update anything!!! Worked as maintenance and security for over a year saw some horrible things in that place and after pouring blood sweat tears and soul (not to mention quite a bit of work we never charged for) only to be evicted for non payment of rent equaling aprox $3,000 however were and still are owed over $9,000 by owner and management company (even have texts admitting to this) but now ignore us and refuse to pay and come to find out the same exact thing was done to the previous maintenance man and the "new management" company is just as bad operating far behind the legal lines and when called on that fact they trespass you from Thier property to shut you up. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU SEE A UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SIGHN!!!!!"
