"They lie to get you to move in and my apartment was invested by bed bugs from the prior renter which jackkie told me there wasn’t any and I didn’t even ask about them because I had no problems at other apartments with them. She just blurted it out.I realized the first thing that come out a person mouth is the first thing they’re lying about.they have lots of roaches no matter how good you clean. My car got vandalized and people attempted to steal it. I told the property manager Jakki (Jackie) and she did nothing. She didn’t even act like she care. She took money from the Glendale Cap office and we’ve only been here a month and she’s already trying to evict us. We were supposed to have a credit and some how she doesn’t remember the conversation we had This apartment complex is horrible it has been the worst one I’ve stayed in. and some of the tenants are weird. Very sketchy place. Dog feces everywhere.Junkies all around in the late night hours.sometimes you may not have Hot water and the pool is horrible no one gets in it. It’s feces and rust at the bottom of the pool with lots of bees near water. The building in the front is a sober living for recovering addicts which someone should tell you that in the beginning but found out from people living on the property and all the fire trucks and ambulance that shows up for that building.The pool hasn’t been clean since I’ve been here it’s still the same feces in the pool. And dog feces all around the apartment even in the parking lot and on the grass.infested with bees because there is a hive on the property. And they have junkies working for them and junkies who will break in your Apartment. I found aluminum foil with pa pill sill on it in my daughters room and I know for sure I don’t smoke that stuff. I just didn’t feel safe or comfortable in this apartment. It didn’t feel like home.If I could put no stars I would. "This place is absolutely horrible. What this landlord does to his tenants should be criminal. Another week And we no longer have hot water or running water whatsoever At all. But continues to raise the rents on the tenants. Yet he fixes nothing Whatsoever. He left us without a c for a month and a half before he finally sent someone to figure it out and fix it."

"The apartment complex is three stories high and there are no elevators. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The ac cools very well in the hot summertime and the heater warms up the place when it is winter outside. The residents are all laid-back and there is no drug or police presence. Rent is affordable and it is within walking distance of Lowes, ROSS, PetSmart, Subway, Taco Bell, and Walmart. The bus stops including the GUS bus are also a block away. The rent is affordable and it is utilities included."

"The apartments are huge, it will be difficult to find bigger apartments in this price range. Maintenance is responsive usually coming the same day or next day to do quick fixes. They let you paint your own accent wall or they will do it for you for only $50. The layout of the apartments is very flexible allowing for different set ups. I have a dedicated office bedroom living room and art studio where the dining room should be. They are very customizable. That's rare in an apartment. The kitchens are small but functional. The two bedrooms are huge with a great utility room the one bedroom apartments are really big and comfortable Management is responsive to needs but the bed bug and roaches problem is something you have to be proactive about. My apartment is lined with diatramaceous (sp) earth and I have been able to keep the bugs at bay. There is no way to rid the buildings of bugs so they do the best they can and will bomb and spray for you whenever you need it. My mom practically lives in a museum and she has roaches. I had to battle them in San Diego as well. Just be proactive and keep your place clean. They allow dogs of all shapes and sizes and breeds. They offer second chances to those who have a record of evictions. They accept housing vouchers and they work with you on deposits. Overall this is good thing but there are a few incidents with police and overdoses but that is happening everywhere. I'm glad they are so responsive. They are in the process of upgrading we have new roof, new ac, new decking, a beautiful clean pool that just got a fresh coat of paint. They have a pool guy that comes 1x a week to keep it clean and sparkling. They have a laundromat. And many places to take your dog. They have a full time yard guy who picks up dog poop and trash and cigarette butts keep the grounds very clean. Yes the ac broke two years ago and there was a long wait for the right part to come in and it sucked but they allowed us to run window AC's until it was fixed and last year there were no problems. It's an older complex that needs constant maintenance and up keep and they do their best. I've lived here for three years and I plan on renewing my lease again. The only drawback is that there are no outside places to sit and enjoy the sun unless you go to the pool. I would like to see benches and more flowers. I'm pretty happy here and if you are in a high risk mode because of past mistakes this place can help you get on your feet. And that shows the compassion the owner has for tenants."
