"Office ladies are rude and snobby for no reason . I have not even been in this place a month , barely 2WEEKS and 1. Dryer doesn’t work(never did) 2. Pipes in the bathroom under the sink leaks 3. Garbage disposal does not work , causing an odor. Just the OVERALL Move-in was very dissatisfying. I do not like it here ! They don’t have management (short on staff). They painted over dirtiness and bugs .DO NOT MOVE HERE SIMPLE"

"If I could rate NO stars I would. As you can see the damages & dirtiness….this was our movein findings. They blamed us “moving in early” as the reasoning. It won’t let me upload videos or I would show you water leakage from the sprinkler head. And video of the busted, rusted, hot water heater that could have resulted in an electrical fire. Put me, my daughter & grandkids’ lives in grave danger!!!!!"

"I have been here for a year and a half and for 3 of those months I have been able to park in my "assigned parking spot." However, due to the man hole issue they are having near my covered spot I have been unable to park in my spot. Since the project started I have been in the uncovered parking near my appt where there are no lights for sometime without complaint. It's when my neighbor attempted to steal one of my vehicles from the parking lot when I started to become concerned and soon after my catalytic converter was stolen from my car. I then refused to park there after and started parking in a space that has been empty since moving in. After finding a note handwritten on my vehicle saying "don't park in my spot or else it gets towed" is when I went to the office to find a solution. They told me they are unable to help and there is nothing they can do.. Ana told me that unit parking space I was using has been empty and someone probably moved in.. seems unlikely since this complex has a six month waiting list. I have reached out to Lonna from corporate without much response. I was told they are unsure when I will get a response. Pictures of the unsafe project below. They don't seem to care about resident safety. I've asked for security for high crime times and was declined that as well. Even temporary lights that light up the parking lot is better then them pretty much telling me, no we can't solve this problem. Good luck... I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The only solution they have come up with is asking another unit if I could park in their spot or park up in a space near the office to walk in the unsafe parking lot to the back where my apartment is located(but only for a week because another unit will be moving in soon after). There is so much more they could do to help the residents feel safe but they choose not to."
