"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Double murder happened near the front office, building 3, right before Christmas 2023. Suspect has not been caught, police were just there again at the beginning of January in the same apartment where the murders happened. Police are ALWAYS at the complex. There are fights non stop, people yelling, cussing, slamming doors. Homeless and drug addicts walking around the property throughout the day and night, nothing is being done. Same homeless and drug addicts are hiding behind the vending machines near the front office and shooting up then leaving needles. My car was broken into more than 4 times, items taken from my patio, office staff has changed more times than I can count, they don’t do a damn thing about the criminal activity, drug addicts, homeless, nothing. Security is pointless, they come at about 8pm, drive for 5 min and leave. Maintenance came into my apartment on more than one occasion WITHOUT permission. Pool is always green and nasty, they barely extracted the water and filled up with “new” water at the beginning of January. Hot tub is always green, pool area is always closed off because of the hot tub/pool being green, when it was open, it would het TRASHED, nobody would clean it up. The staff does not clean their property and maintain cleanliness. HORRIBLE COMPLEX. They advertise for “luxury” living and charged $2K for their “luxury” apartments yet there are infestations left and right, drug addicts, break ins, amenities you can’t even use, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS NOT SAFE!!"

"Stay away from these apartments at all cost!! The Manager Myra Herrera has no managing skills whatsoever. They will tow your car without giving you a chance to provide documents. Yes, they will give you a 48 hour notice but no one else will represent to accept proof while the manager is out of the office on a holiday. This manager will not even provide information of corporate office contact number to escalate finding a solution to the issue. I guess if there was an emergency, who will take care of the tenants? They are GREEDY, SHADY and will make your life a living hell!!!"

"10/10 do not recommend. Not only does this place not feel safe, but the communication on changes doesn’t exist and the property manager is incredibly rude. I couldn’t put in any of my maintenance request or pay rent online because they changed the whole system a week after I moved in and didn’t say anything. My door was broken in recently and the first maintenance guys thought having a gaping hole in the door was a great fix considering the neighborhood. I made a call to the front office asking for a status update on the door and was met with hostility from the manager. Her response to me was “ why did you break the door down instead of go to the office”. Mind you, this happened when I was not home. I ended up hanging up the phone and walking down to the office to confront her for being so rude. Very close to breaking my lease and moving out because this whole experience here has been outrageous and I’ve only been here 3 months. I will say the only person who seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and was helpful to me was the maintenance supervisor Matt."

"If I could give 0 I would. ANY places next to a circle K or 7-11 is a huge red flag (NO NO), always druggies and homeless hanging around the complex since there's no gate or security. There are supposedly security but I've been here 6 months and have only seen them a handful of times. Our neighbors would scream, fight, break glass and slam doors all day long. Squatters in the empty units, landlord can't even manage to keep them out which tells you something about their unworthy security systems. Evictions left and right. Druggies hanging out at the unoccupied lots and dumpsters all night long. A murder went down last week and it is such an eerie place to be. No idea if it was random or targeted but I do no feel safe at all and looking to leave ASAP! The landlords need to do a better job at securing the area with more security and look into getting gates for the complex since after doing research this is not the first shooting at this complex. I've seen children walking around alone and I would NEVER let my kid walk around here. Idk how rent is almost $2k but it is straight up in the ghetto, crackheads wondering around all the time, homeless digging in dumpsters... do not move here unless you don't mind paying Cali prices for a Compton experience."

"Quiet, but Maintenance doesn’t come to fix my issues with the dryer or any other work order. I’ve left a ticket open for one week already and haven’t got my dryer fixed. I submitted the work order online and called them the next day. The dryer used to be perfect and dry everything quick. Another issue is roaches. I’ve never seen so many in my apartment. I thought glenridge down the street had a lot (I used to rent at glenridge in 2019)… but this place has 3 times the amount of roaches. Building number 9 is infested with roaches. Each roach trap I placed has tons of them. I’ve submitted pictures below."
