"This community has gone down since management changed and a new owner bought out the place. Don’t change what was never broken. New management is a greedy corporation. Management is never in this office. It’s actually always empty. Good luck trying to track someone down. The parking situation is awful. No parking is available ever if you have more than two cars. Even with the two parking spaces provided, one spot in the garage and one in the driveway if you’re lucky, everyone deals with the hassle of moving your cars in and out when you you need to leave. Neighbors will usually save spot so even the minimal amount of “guest parking” it will never be there. The neighborhood isn’t worth the price for them to be charging the price that they increased it to. Apartment complexes love to brag about being close to west gate but even homes right next to west gate aren’t even this expensive but have more amenties. Btw it’s not even that close to westgate. Homeless population is increasing in the area. It’s supposed to be a gated community but the gate doesn’t close ever. Also why would a complex right next to a bunch of cemeteries be worth what this place is charging. Don’t live here."

"I lived at this property for about 2 years and if it wouldn’t have been for a family emergency I wouldn’t have moved out. Veronica is such a great leasing consultant. Every time I had an issue with the apartment she would have maintenance take care of it right away.. I was sad that the property was getting sold but I’m Glad Veronica stayed, if it wouldn’t be for her this property wouldn’t be as great as it is ❤️"

"My family and I love living here at the Village Diamanté apartments. We have a toddler and a dog and have never gotten any noise complaints whatsoever. We were referred over by my aunt who previously lived in the apartments for over a year! I love the cleanliness of the complex, thanks to Chris. As well as the fact that Veronica is always in the office and happy to help whenever we need something. Best apartments we’ve lived in by far!"
