Ascend on Glendale Apartments

"It would have been nice to have received a response to let me know someone read the email and fixed the problem. Due to not knowing I took two hours off of work only to have someone call me back and say they fixed the problem during the night for the whole building. The maintenance guy said he spent three hours. I didn't get any notification. Someone could have went to each resident to let them know it was a building issue. I had toilets overflowing and water all over my entry way and could not use the bathrooms."

"Ashely was a great help, she is always ready to listening and help you with a great smile on her face. I love the community hopefully they will continue to monitor for the cleanliness of the place ( this is my only concern for now). Over all the units are spacious and I love it here. I gave 4 stars because I still see people not keeping up with the cleanliness like trash staying infant of their door for a longer time and drying clothes on the porch. Sorry but this is a no no for me."

"I have been living at the Ascend on Glendale community for close to a year now, and I can’t be more satisfied with my experience thus far. The community offer's many great amenities, too many to name but never the less state of the art and convenient. Ascend on Glendale in my opinion offers a comfortable and welcoming environment with that at Home feeling. Over all it’s a relatively new apartment home community but great for what it is. I would definitely recommend this place based off my personal experience."

"The apartment itself has been wonderful, the one downside is the gates being left open all the time. Sketchy people tend to wander in at night and it’s not safe, lots of little kids live in the complex and if it’s advertised as a gated community they should remain closed. I’d rather take the 2 seconds to push a button or punch in a code than not feel safe in a place I call home."

"Worst place ever! They’ll charge you for everything. If you want a close parking spot you have to pay, if you don’t throw you trash they charge, if you wanna used the lobby they charge you. One time or A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and the maintenance guy refused to come to fix it until early in the morning imagine!! this was on summer time. And don’t even think is a safe place cause it is not. They always have homeless people around and inside even tho they’re gates but they never work! Our truck got towed because they refused to give us a close parking spot. And we told them that we weren’t willing to park far from our apartment complex because THEY ALWAYS HAVE HOMELESS PEOPLES IN THE PARK AREA. so yeah avoid coming here."
