"Jermaine and his crew are absolutely amazing. Anytime I have an issue in my apartment, they go above and beyond in ensuring I am happy with everything in the apartment complex. Jermaine goes out of his way to fix problems as soon as possible and ensures the work is done properly. I have never waited more than a few hours without having a problem looked at. Him and his crew are truly great people and care about each resident here. The leasing staff is also wonderful. They take the time to get to know the residents, and they make the residents feel like a priority. They have been super accommodating with all requests."

"I do not recommend living here. I’ve been living here for the past 8 months and one of the gate is usually never working, the complex is always dirty, and pools are never cleaned. Since the gates are opened at night, homeless people come in and try to break into cars"

"In the years that I have been a resident of Haven at Towne Center Apartments which was originally Camden at Towne center Apartments this property has seen many property managers come and go in that period of time. I have been able to get to know most of them on a personal level whether that's going out for lunches or dinners or refreshments after work. That includes assist managers as well. I have seen some very good property managers. I have seen some outstanding property managers!!! I have also seen property managers get fired on the spot!!! Twice!!! On very next day the rest of the office was fired on the spot!!! So what makes a property manager good vs outstanding? Doing many things very well in a variety of categories and or criteria will make you a good manager. Winning the AMA Arizona Multihousing Associations Manager of the year Award which is the most prestigious award of all!!! Makes you an outstanding manager!!! In fact this very property has won the AMA 2 times by different property managers!!! It has also produced two 2nd place finishes!!! It's needless to say but my ability to spot a bad a good and an outstanding property manager is not all that difficult especially when I have helped 3 of those 4 property managers study for their AMA interviews over refreshments across the street from the AMA building downtown. I have seen the questions and understand the criteria the AMA is looking for and what a property manager would need to win such a prestigious award. I have been privy to that process on 3 different occasions. Which leads me to the reason I am writing this review. John Terrones is the current property manager here at Haven. It’s becoming very clear to me that John Terrones is displaying on a daily basis all of the characteristics all of the attributes and professionalism that is becoming of a property manager to even be considered worthy of such a nomination. From what I have witnessed personally and from what I have heard from other residents John Terrones is doing a great job as property manager here at Haven. It’s becoming hard not to notice John’s work ethic he is here early and he is the last to leave at night. John’s attention to even the smallest details is impressive!!! John always makes sure the residents and his employees needs are a priority over his own needs and concerns. You will never see John wasting time no matter where he is on the property he is always moving things forward and making plans for positive results. If I were a voting member of the AMA and I was able to cast a vote in order to nominate a property manager to go thru the interview process I would cast a vote for John Terrones he certainly deserves it because he has earned it!!!"

"We lived here for around 8 months in 2022. Our apartment was updated and clean. We had an issue with the hot water heater and it was taken care of immediately . We had 2 dogs and had no problems at all. Pool was nice and clean. Only downside was people didn't clean up after their dogs. Highly recommend."

"I just want to say that coming from personally working in the industry for multiple years; this has been THE best experience. Savannah was AMAZING at providing me with a tour, showed me different options, and actually listened to my personal preferences. She was able to find me the perfect unit with a great view! Her customer service is SUPERB! ✨️✨️✨️ Quinn was great at email communication and was so quick to respond to any questions that I had. Appreciated the follow-up that led to my actual application. EXTREME thanks to the AMAZING Assistant, Brittney, who was able to work with me, reassured me as obviously apartment hunting can be a headache and was so pleasant to work with, along with excellent communication through the actual application processing. FINALLY, shout out to the two techs that came to my unit so promptly after placing a minor move in maintenance request (don't overthink as they were simple fixes). They were so kind and were able to accommodate me working from home to complete the items. If I could give more stars, I would. I can't wait to start my new life journey here! ♥️✨️"
