"This place has gone downhill and FAST! The ladies in the office are rude, condescending and aren’t helpful when you come to them with a problem. Not the service you deserve for the money you pay. Pool wasn’t heated all of 2021/2022. Hot tub never worked and was always out of order. A/c would constantly go out. Their repair would to put more coolant in and we’d repeat the process every month when they stated it had a leak. THEN FIX IT! There was one time during a hot streak we didn’t have A/C for 3 days. Unacceptable. Car was hit in the new resident parking spots in the front. Asked for the CCTV video to identity the culprits license plate. They told me the cameras didn’t work. Glad to know I paid for the security they say they provided via security patrol and via video. Had a 2k e-bike stolen and my door barricaded in so I couldn’t get out by the thief. Another lack of security presence enabled this to happen. Worst part is I broke the lease 30 days before it was up and gave them a 90 day notice like they WANTED/NEEDED and they still charged me two worths of rent plus breaking the lease fee. So I recommend just moving out and still paying rent so they can’t con you out of your money. I do not recommend this Ponzi scheme of an apartment complex. They use to cater to the college students and since covid it’s been inundated with retires and families because of inflation and the market. I recommend San Lagos down the street. Much better reputation and quality service and leadership. 1 star apartment complex. Also disregard whatever rebuttal they have to this comment. This is from a 3 year resident."
