"My family and I were lucky to call the Farmhouse on Estrella our home for almost two years. It is a wonderful place to live and I am so grateful for the management there who goes above and beyond for their residents. Ashlee (the community director) is extremely personable and caring. When you have a great community, it is reflection of awesome management. My kids and I will miss living there, the community events, and the way it always felt like home."
"Extremely expensive. Not very pet friendlt due to heavy restrictions on pets and breed. They require cats to be declawed (which is evil) and require dogs to be spayed. Very ignorant pet policies."
"I love living here at The Farmhouse on Estrella. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. We recently had a task for maintenance. Tamlyn arrived to help us and he was so professional, polite, and personable! He showed up with a "Can Do" atittude and friendly manner. A hard worker and job well done!"

"Be dilleligent and do your research before making a lease commitment here. Select random residents on your own and talk with them. Don't be fooled by the fancy looks and sales pitch from the front office. Complaints/suggestions fall on deaf ears and I don't like being patronized by staff who don't have clue. It's very expensive with a lot of hidden fees. The security gates don't work, the rear gate doesn't lock, pool is often over run with kids, many of which are non-residents, dog waste cans often full with no waste bags, dog park areas are not maintained, and there's dog poop everywhere. The staff calls it a "community", I liken it to a compound. When my lease is up I'll be gone for sure."
