Cuvee Apartments

"I try to like these apartments because the apartments themselves are so nice. but than you have neighbors who act like we leave in a cheap area leaving their full trash bags in the hallways, dropping food on the floor on the stairs, playing music so loud you can hear every word, you can hear banging & people’s dogs, yelling, children playing in the stair well with balls running around, etc. on top of that the parking situation where there’s only about 7 guest parking & we all know it’s taken by the same residents because the cars don’t change often. so to make it worse people park in fire zones to where if you have a parking spot there’s a car blocking your view to be able to exit safely. a crash waiting to happen. we’ve had plenty of other issues due to the old management & this new management is great but they need to prioritize the parking situation for sure."

"Moved in beginning of June, my husband and I really want to like this place but the way these apartments were built and the management make it hard. When we first moved in, our apartment immediately smelled of marijuana and was dusty, dirty, and we are still finding loose glitter 7 months later. We were promised a garage the day we moved in, then they made us wait weeks and finally told us that none were available. After being in our apt for a day, our fridge wasn't working so we had to wait days for the repairman to fix it. Then our dishwasher broke after a week of being here. Then a couple months later, our AC stopped working-in the middle of August. Took them about a week to fix. Unacceptable. The residents who live here also don't clean up after their dogs so the grounds always have dog poop everywhere, including the dog park, making it not usable. Parking is a joke here- it seems that only residents park in the guest parking so that they don't have to pay for their own parking which isn't fair at all and sucks for our guests. The walls are paper thin- you can hear your neighbors on all sides, we have been woken up multiple times in the middle of the night from our upstairs neighbors' bed banging on the wall and their dog yapping at 6 AM. We can hear our next door neighbors conversations and everything they do. In the summer, people stay out at the pool all night long and play loud music and party until 5 AM sometimes. Management should make it so that the fobs don't even work past 10 PM and then have security kick people out right at 10 PM. The one pro is that our actual living space feels new and nice, however we will not be renewing our lease due to the many other negative factors."

"ZERO Stars!!! Employees TRASH! Apartments TRASH! Amenities TRASH!!! Save yourself a headache! Employees in the office have NO SENSE of anything! Can’t assist with ANYTHING! No education! No morals! No integrity!!!! Don’t rent from fools like this!! False advertisement. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Cheap, inconvenient, still can’t access the full building but paying full rent. Alarms hanging out of the walls in the hallways for three months now.. no one has taken any initiative to fix it. Pure slop job. Apartment is incomplete, garage is incomplete. “Under construction” sign has been plastered on the door for almost four months now and no one is constructing anything. $2100 + a month and you can’t even buzz in your company… lol a waste, smh a total unprofessional joke. Save your money people, go elsewhere."

"Unfortunately the limited and little to no guest parking is a huge issue. People that live here choose to park in guest parking rather than in their own stall (every single day there’s the same dodge and kia in front of the leasing office.) Management does not do any parking audits so there are normally only 2-3 stalls open for actual guest. There’s been trash in the hallway for about 3 weeks now which is not only a fire hazard but unpleasant to walk past everyday. The structure of these buildings are very cheaply made and the walls are paper thin so I can hear every conversation my neighbor has as well as the same dog that barks every morning at the dog park at 6am. So, if you enjoy sleeping past 6am and having guests over, choose somewhere else to live. I also find it concerning that all the recent 5 star reviews have come from people that actively review the same places in Oregon. Hard to believe that they came all the way to Arizona just to view Cuvee and that they are all from Oregon! Fishy."
