"They took my money when they weren’t suppose to on an unfinished application. I asked prior to applying, once I let them know that it still took the application fee out even though the application was not fully processed nor submitted, they assured me a refund. It’s been 3 weeks now I’ve called almost every other day and they continued to tell me they will “let me know by the end of the day” with an update because they somehow don’t know where the money went? I have provided all proof that the money was taken out of my account and they have confirmed that it shouldn’t have happened yet I receive NO updates and still waiting for the refund. I have disputed it with my bank in hopes that when my bank does reach out to them, they provide them with the same confirmation that I should be refunded. Will never even try to lease here based on other reviews as well as my small experience with them, very unprofessional."
"The apartment complex will throw a couple hundred dollars of amenities on your rent. Use it or not it's not a choice. They'll do anything they can to get into your pockets too. They're partnered with a couple towing companies. So make sure you're tags are good or your vehicle might not be there. It's like they make every effort to get into your pocket without providing any service at all. Goodluck having a helpfull conversation with the people that work the desk. Just a run of the mill property management company doing scummy things. Try and find a nicer apartment there out there for cheaper and they'll be way less of a hassle."
"Joanna was absolutely incomparable when it came to assisting us with our search. She knew exactly what we needed before we had to say anything. This place was a stop on our many tours but Maravilla stuck with us and we couldn’t even try to look at more. The service upfront is so friendly and they take their time to get to know each and every person in the family. I would definitely recommend this community to any family or single person looking to start a home life."

"Do not stay at Maravilla its a terrible place. I had an an incident where the maintenance was harassing me and the front desk Joanna that I told you she disregarded it she didn't do anything about it their management is terrible they kept that guy the maintenance guy working here even though I didn't feel safe they wouldn't let me out of the lease they wouldn't do anything and they still have that Joanna still working here it's not right don't stay here it's not a safe place be warned I did report the first time to you employee Joanna and she dismissed it. I already have an injunction against harassment on your employee maintenance Raul. I had after I had reported the incident he was still working here as is Joanna. So beware people they let their employees do want ever they want"
