"The complex manager and front office staff were extremely polite. The business manager “Monica” on the hand was rude and unpleasant. The process of breaking a lease was extremely complicated and their process needs to be more streamlined. I received different answers from everyone I spoke with and when I spoke with Monica she was abrupt and impolite. Other than this issue, the complex was safe and pleasant."

"The front agent Monica is EXTREMELY RUDE CANT EVEN EXPRESS COMPLAINTS WITHOUT DEGRADING YOU, SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! Never the less "maintenance" should be fired garbage work ! Its taken almost 6 months to get my microwave fixed and still waiting on sink to be fixed This place is over priced for the mediocre quality of management. The complex and community is great other than that never talk to the front unless a manager( if your even lucky )to speak to an actual one because apprarently all the agents act like one Don't believe me ?! "Lived here in a 1 bdrm for about 1 yr. They're okay. Nice layout and pretty good amount of sf. Area is nice especially since it is growing rapidly. Apts look pretty old inside, lots of wear and tear. Carpet is very old. Maintenance is okay. Lots of ants during the summer. Lots of dog poop. If you have upstairs neighbors with kids, good luck. You'll hear every step and cry. Trash bins are constantly getting filled and going long periods without being emptied. Only way to avoid the additional fee on rent is sending a paper check. Drive in gate was broken multiple times. Side gate doors are always broken and left open. Overall, it was an okay stay but for the price there are better options."

"We have lived in the complex for a little over 2 years and our first year there was great, no complaints and we actually enjoyed the complex. However, the last year was awful and we could not wait to get out of there. The pool is not being cleaned anymore, has algae building up in the corners, and the promised 24 hour maintenance is ridiculous because it takes over a week and many calls to get someone out. When I called the office to express concerns, it was just thrown in my face by the manager that they receive many great reviews, the pool is clean and everything else is being done as it is supposed to. There is always a gate broken somewhere at this property, either the back exit gate or the front gates. Trash is always just thrown and laying on the ground everywhere, and rarely see landscaping come around. The management at this property is a joke and I am appalled at how much was paid in rent for the quality we received. Cannot even swim in the pool when it is summer time because it is green and dirty. Our fridge also broke and it took 2 days for someone to come fix it, all of our groceries went bad, but of course, the manager did not care and made excuses. I would not recommend this place to anyone, maybe 2 years ago I would have, but now, absolutely not."
