"My girlfriend and I came into Evolution at Estrella to see an apartment at just before closing and Vanessa was amazing! She showed us the unit, explained pricing, and gave us accurate information. Vanessa also fixed an email and application error that another Estrella employee made. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff is helpful and polite. Vanessa went above and beyond on our part and we appreciate the amazing work ethic and help she brings to Evolution at Estrella!"
"These apartments are amazing! It's so beautiful here. The outdoor areas offer a lot of activities for residents of all ages. The indoor amenities are also great, including a clubhouse and a gym. Michael and Vanessa are incredibly friendly, helpful and recognize me when I stop in. Jeni goes above and beyond anybody I've ever worked with. This truly is luxury living at it's finest."
"Evolution is a very nice place to stay at. They got very nice and spacious apartments and if you ever run into some issues, the staff is always ready to help you out the best they can. On site you got a very nice pool area with a hot tub and BBQs and they got a gym packed with everything you could wish for. Every couple of weeks they host nice events with food and drinks where everyone is welcome. Overall simply a great experience. I really enjoyed staying here :)"
"I’m living here for 2 months now and it’s a really nice place to live. The apartment (double room in my case) and also its balcony is very spacious. It’s luxurious having a pool, an on-site gym and a clubhouse, where you can meet friends. Even the garbage gets picked up from the front door. Its location is ideal. We’ve shopping opportunities near by and also the Goodyear airport is just 10 minutes away. The staff is super nice, too and all of them are really trying to help you if you come up with something that doesn’t work perfectly in the apartments. I recommend living at Evolution at Estrella falls."
"Wonderful place to stay. The apartments are spacious and the kitchen has everything you can wish for. All the common areas are always kept clean and the gym and pool really add to the experience. Staff is super friendly and always happy to help."
