"From my initial phone call to schedule, i was greeted with a friendly & kind voice, who let me know my service tech would be Daisy. Upon arrival met Daisy who was also friendly & kind. "Just had my Silverado serviced for the first time at this location. went in for an oil change, and paid an additional $800 in recommended maintenance. Steep, but whatever - But what I’m not OK with, is leaving with damages to my vehicle. Judith, my advisor was great. Excellent communication and got me done in a timely manner. I wrote service for several years, so I understand this is not the fault of the advisor, but the incompetent technician. The truck is lifted, so I understand the technician needs to have a step bench in order to reach into the engine bay - but it looks to me, either a they had forced the bench too far into my diffuser, or as they were letting the vehicle down from the lift the bench remained in the way of my lower diffuser. I want this fixed. Customer #125562 Invoice 239148"
