"I have always loved this place, but now needing to find someplace new, unfortunately. Got my oil changed last week... on my way home from work today and the oil light came on. Pulled over... oil was pouring out of the bottom. They did not tighten the bolts or plug. Absolutely nuts!"

"Had to get my white Kia, all tuned up and ready for the road again and I got some really great service from a pep boys worker name “Memphis” really helped me out to decipher what was going on with the vehicle. The price turned out to be a decent price it was lower than the initial estimate, the car has been running fine ever since as of a couple days ago and I am on the road again just like Willie Nelson"
