"Needing a new tire on a Sunday morning is never fun. Big O was able to replace the damaged tire and get us back on the road. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and kept us informed on schedule. Very happy with their service."

"Informative staff (At least the single one I interacted with when I had to get my tire changed. I also didn't catch his name. If he's there the next time I need to drop in, I'll be sure to put it in the review.), quick to be helped, friendly and understanding. Wished they attempted to call me when my tire change was done, but I walked back in around the end of the given ETA, so they probably were just about to before I walked in. or they were just busy, they did have a few cars in their garage and parking lot, so I can't blame then."

"I bought a brand new set of tires from Big O. After driving the truck for a day I had some concerns with my newly purchased tires. Frustrated, I brought the truck back in and spoke to Kate and Ryan who were very understanding to my concerns and frustration. Ryan and Kate addressed my concerns and fixed any and all issues ultimately making me a happy and satisfied customer that will continue bringing all of my vehicles to them. Customer service in this particular store in my opinion is top shelf and the incident that I experienced is a huge reflection of that. I understand in this line of work there can be complications but when an issue does come up it’s how a business/employees resolve the problem is what separates them from the rest. Great job to Kate and Ryan, I’ll be seeing you again. Thank you!"

"STEER FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The staff is rude, clearly uneducated on vehicles and how to run a business. I brought my vehicle in on Wednesday 10/11/23 for the check engine light and a flashing oil light. After the vehicle being dropped off I received a call requesting permission to complete a diagnostic, gave the thumbs up, was then told AFTER COMPLETING THE DIAGNOSTIC that all I needed was an oil change and replacing of the sensors. I gave permission to complete repairs when they agreed that was the solution to the problem. I picked up my vehicle Sunday evening and drove it home. I live 5 minutes away and before I could even park my car a loud beeping noise was sounding off along with the engine light and a flashing red light. My boyfriend called and spoke to Shawn who said not to worry, the sensor just needs a reset and to bring it in whenever we have a chance because it wasn’t a big deal. I work from home so my vehicle sat in my garage until Thursday 10/ 19 when I pulled out of my house to drive to the shop my car filled the street with a giant cloud of smoke and awful fumes coming from the engine and the back of the vehicle. As a young woman I was terrified and felt unsafe. The car smelled as if it was going to catch fire. Neighbors came outside so concerned. One opened the hood and showed me oil splashed on the engine. He asked me if someone completed an oil change recently because oil was splattered on my engine and the oil pressure seemed high/ was over filled. The car was towed to big o immediately for them to say that it’s an engine problem, they refuse to fix or refund the $600 I paid for the work that was supposed to fix this issue the week prior. I have no problem paying for repairs WHEN THEY ACTUALLY REPAIR THE VEHICLE. To complete a diagnostic, guarantee a fixed vehicle, take someone’s money, not fix the issue the vehicle was brought in for, and then say it’s not your problem? I feel robbed. IF YOU CANNOT DO THE JOB SAY THAT FROM THE BEGINNING BEFORE TAKING SOMEONES HARD EARNED MONEY AND NOT COMPLETING REPAIRS PROPERLY. I’ve now had to tow my vehicle to Volkswagen for further repairs. They laughed in the face of my 73 year old grandmother when she called in concerned, and have made me feel taken advantage of as a young woman. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE."
