"Last week took my truck in for servicing at the dealership. I figured it would be cheaper to get my oil done at this place. So after having a check up with no oil leaks I go to get my oil changed. I came out this morning and noticed that I have several oil spots in my drive way. When I check under the truck it is coming from the oil filter. This place is not worth it go some place else. I’m going back to and will be updating this post. Hopefully they do the right thing and fix the issue."

"Great spot for oil changes. Beware weekends they can be busy and you will be waiting. The crew gets you in n out in timely manner showing you your oil level for the confidence of knowing its done right. Never had a issue. Please stop the crying about seeing people stand around. Understand you drive your car there, the motor is HOT, at times too hot to touch. This is AZ people. Things have to cool down before can can be touched. Oil drans slowly, there are factors to what you just see. Quit your crying and try to understand how things work."
"After 2 years of reliable service, I finally encountered my first horrible experience. I stopped at this location one morning to prep the car for a weekend trip. Our vehicle was serviced with an oil change and a transmission fluid exchange. Long story short, we ended up stranded 2 hours away when I discovered a major leak under the car due to a burning smell. Upon checking the oil, the dipstick was completely dry. I purchased and added enough oil to get me to a shop who also discovered the transmission fluid had completely leaked out. The entire undercarriage was covered in these fluids. 6 hours later, the vehicle was towed back to the local area and we managed to make it home with an unplanned rental car. Updates to this situation will be provided after speaking with the store manager tomorrow. I hate to say it, but this may be the last time I visit this company."
