"My appt was scheduled for 0700. When I got to the location, I walked up to counter and waited for 2 employees to finish their conversation a good minute, no one acknowledged me. When I was finally assisted the employee “Coty” informed me that I was scheduled for 0900. I told her what my confirmation email said and she was very abrupt and continued to tell me that there is no one here until 0900, almost like it’s not her fault it’s mine. I tried to show her the email and scheduled time and she was very aloof… not apologetic at all for the mistake and inconvenience no matter who’s at fault. So I did not get my hitches done and I rescheduled at a different location because of her lack of customer service. I called the U-Haul customer service line to let them know the mix up of appt. times and they told me that it is the store location that needs to address the issue. They then said they will forward my complaint to the manager of that location. I work way too hard to spend my money at locations where the employees don’t value their customers."

"I didn't need the whole hitch, which I paid for online. We I arrived, I was greeted quickly and they took my truck back for the install. Jose was honest enough to tell me I didn't need the whole hitch, just the bolt that holds it in place. He charged me for the parts I needed and discounted the labor , then refunded back to me the difference. Great shop, Great customer service from all your people at this location. Will be back!"

"changed my mind on getting a hitch installed due to poor customer service. (Deserves ZERO of a star) Do NOT go to this location and check rentals with enterprise first! I relocated from CA and was given FIVE different quotes on mileage from their dispatch department. All they were doing was trying to take advantage of the move and did not hold their "customer recordings to guarantee service." This branch was also under the WORST owner ever. While I'm inquiring on service & trying to tell what I was quoted by their own dispatch, not only did she gave me a more expensive quote but was arguing with a paying customer at the same time! After customer was upset & trying to get help, instead of trying to meet his needs, she kicked him out of the office! Unprofessional, rude, no patience or respect! Enterprise saved me 50% & gave me 300 FREE mi!!mind at this location due to poor customer service."
