"A two-week remodel of our master bathroom shower took eight weeks and the involvement of the Registrar of Contractors. The complaint involved abandonment following weeks of no communication from Matthew, and poor workmanship: among other things, his tilers laid tile right across an adjacent wooden door casing. After the ROC contacted him, Matthew assigned a new tile setter, Joe B., who corrected the poorly done work of Matthew’s first crew and completed the job beautifully. Thank you, Joe, and thank you ROC!"
