"When I need a specific piece of hardware this is the only place I will go. Today I wandered into the store not really sure of what I wanted. I was looking for a perfect size pop rivet that might work for my project. Within a minute a nice lady asked if she could help me. She led me to the rivets which would not fit my needs which I conveyed to her. She then led me to the perfect alternative :)"

"These guys are awesome! I love Ace hardware! I've recently been coming here 4-5 times a week because I have a project going on just up the road. I also use to go here ad a kid 30 years ago when it was handy Fred's Ace Hardware. Every time you go in you are greeted and asked if you need help finding anything. Then you tell them what you are looking for and they tell you exactly where it is. This saves so much time! I've been to the big box stores and walked the whole store spending so much time trying to find something without any help. This is so much better! Even if the price is just a little bit more. Time is money! Vonnie at the register is always super sweet! All the rest of the staff is also super nice. Great job guys!!"
