"Best place to buy all the tools you need. Since finding about this place I have bought all my Milwaukee tools from here. Danny provides great service and is super friendly. He will test all the tools in front of you and batteries as well. You can do both online and in person shopping which is super convenient and takes all sorts of payment options."

I worked with Adam down there and he’s got a deep knowledge of tools and applications which makes it super helpful to talk out a project with. Even though he didn’t have current stock of one tool I was looking for, he still took the time to talk about the differences which was nice. "Bought 1 dewalt battery chainsaw and battery to go with it, it didn't work, he gave me another chainsaw that didn't work as well, he gave back a refund on chainsaw but wouldn't refund battery? Now I'm stuck with a $130 battery for a chainsaw I don't have. He's nice to your face but beware, there's a reason these tools are returned to home depot,"
"Purchased an M12 Milwaukee drain auger kit with a 25ft cable a few months ago. What I really got was a kit with a 15ft cable. They didn't run the cable out to measure it in the store and I assumed they were honest. They were not. Buyer beware. I brought this to their attention in effort to resolve however I was told since it was beyond 7 days there was nothing they would do. I was also accused of being a liar because they "check every unit" before sale. I was also told my best option was to go buy a replacement cable from harbor freight. Will not be back."
