Came in 30 minules before they closed, and the 3 employees were all sitting at the front desk and stopped talking and were clearly annoyed I was there as none of them acknowledged me. At 10 minutes to closing, someone shut all the lights off while the other stood at the end of the aisle, staring at me without saying a word. I've been there several times ( because of their selection only) and never been asked if I needed help. It's clearly a place for pros so I would imagine not a lot of people need help so they aren't used to extending that common courtesy.g someone shut all the lights off while the other stood at the end of the aisle staring at me without saying a word. "The good: employees during the week are good and typically attentive. Good selection of wood, with ok prices. The two younger guys there try and help you out and the selection of wood there is pretty good. The bad is the weekend personnel are pretty bad. The girl with the colored hair who I’m assuming is related to the owner is less than helpful. We wanted a better look at some premium hardwood on an upper shelf and she actually told us that the store was closing in an hour and I should come back during the week when the employees could help us better. She was not helpful at all, virtually knows nothing about wood and was barely able to get her attention away from her cell phone. Not sure why they employ her, and after seeing other reviews I don’t understand why she still is employed there. Like others said, she’s just a waste. To the owner: you have the potential to have a great store there. Not sure why you allow workers who are inattentive and lack customer service skills. If you’re going to charge premium rates for the wood then you have to have employees who can answer basic questions on wood types, and who aren’t rude to the customers."

"A very knowledgeable staff. Great for beginners to seasoned professionals. Their selection of hardwoods and laminate skins is always top notch, this place is excellent."
