"Did a large order of B. Nudibranch, shipping was fine and fast but when they showed up out of 25 maybe 2 were moving. After over 30 minutes of drip acclimation still no movement. Chatted with customer service on line. They had very little interest in helping. Send them a pic as they requested, was not and am still not looking for a refund, and he just said they look fine. How can you tell from a still picture? The only thing that would tell them it was bad apparently is brown water or missing legs. So unless they show up like that its business as usual. Service is terrible and will not return."
