5 Teson Garden Apartment

"Me and my husband signed a lease here in January and we’re ecstatic. This is a great area and overall great complex, nice neighbors and good apartments maintenance is quick. HOWEVER, me and my husband came into this apartment being told that this was a smoke free complex. It is not, I have severe asthma so that was a big deal for me , the smoke has effected my health and we have been in contact with the property manager since MAY and they’ve assured us we’d be placed in another unit it is now august and the last we’ve gotten a response from them is the end of June. Nothing has been done. We have been reaching out to break our lease, and can’t get ANYBODY on the line on all 3 phone numbers we have. I really wish this could have played out better. If you have health conditions and smoke severely effects it, this is definitely not the place for you."

"Beware of hidden fees at sign on they will not tell you how much the deposit is until you move in . You will pay twice the amount of other apartments & they are very unprofessional. I dodged a bullet dealing with them & there shady business."

"We have lived at teson Garden Apartment for almost 2 years. Everyone is so nice throughout the complex and the grounds are always kept clean. The apartments are very well taken care of and with the extra security in the buildings you always feel safe. Jaqoline and Keith always make sure to take care of their tenants and always have such great attitudes. Bill always takes care of maintenance needs quickly, efficiently, and is always great to talk to. We would highly recommend this property especially for families."
