"What a horrible place to live i stayed a year there when i first moved in i bugs bad and the owner lisa did nothing about the bug but had the nerve to ask me did i bring the bugs with me i gave her a dirty look like is you seriously lady its wasnt cleaned it had a bad smell the parking was bad people was opening up my mail every time i went to get it hot water runs out fast when i moved out lisa and her husband the owner lied and took my 900 deposit and said i broke thegarbage disposal i left the apartment dirty i broke the blinds,broke the refrigerator door. I had videos and pictures but she didnt care I should have took her to court.dont move there"
"The owners do work with you I will say that. I was behind a few times and they worked with me til I got caught up. As far as the apartments the walls and floors are paper thin. So thin I knew my neighbors names and never spoke to them. There aren’t any cabinets but like 7 literally and that’s if you can reach them!!! so your microwave blender toaster oven etc you’ll need to find somewhere for them to go. They do accept section 8 as well so I doubt if they will update These apartments any time soon. It’s a convenient location right across the street from a police station. These apartments aren’t worth 795 more like 650-700. You have a washer and dryer but it’s in the basement so if you aren’t home you take the risk of someone else using it. It happened to me."
