"Worst booking experience and poor customer service. I Booked my trip SIX months ago with proof of confirmation number and of full payment. Even emailed the place about the boat split I reserved and I have a additional emails with them because I wanted to verify what time I could check in on the date of my arrival. Not even 48 hours before my arrival time I was contacted that they booked my dates incorrectly. I could only stay 2 days not the 5 days I booked because THEY inputted my dates incorrectly. Clearly NOTHING is available within a 48 notice to accommodate the 8 people of my party, every thing is full. I understand mistakes happen, but no action was taken besides being told I could just completely reschedule my trip to a different week in the future or just only stay 2 day's. But What about all the activities I have already booked and paid for on the days I was suppose to be there? Or all 8 of us taking off work already. I lost hundreds of $ from the activities I prebooked due to not having a place to stay."
