"My dad lived here and actually died in his apartment of natural causes. I just want to say how wonderful the management and Marty, the owner of the apartments have been. She took care of everything that needed to be done as far as having it professionally cleaned and in a timely manner. I live in Colorado and could not get there for over a month to get everything out of the apartment. Marty has been MORE than understanding and gone above and beyond every expectation. She's been super kind also. Can't be more grateful for her patience. Thanks again Marty"
"These apartments went down hill fast. They have gone through so many leading agents its dumb. The apartments are infested with roaches. They dont do anything for the roaches except spray every 6 months. Its within the last few years it has got bad. Also if you want to do laundry its coin laundry. That adds up fast. The only good part is some neighbors are nice and annoyed about the roach problem also."
"Whatever you do, do NOT move into these properties! It is full of roaches. If I could attach a picture to this I would! It is so disgusting and they are taking over the apartments!! They never come to spray and when they do they have someone spray termite spray. They are on their 4th landlord and never get anything done! I can't count how many times I have asked for things to be fixed and just ended up doing it myself because they were never going to show. These properties are so poorly run. I do not recommend moving in here."
