Lost Tree Apartments

"I've lived here 10 years was better under Lynn's mgmt. My pets have been attacked 3 times by large dogs here and nothing is done about it. My dogs weigh 15 lbs these 80+ lb dogs are let to run without a leash and mgmt does nothing.A baby was attacked here pretty sad cops are out here continuously. A shame you can't live in peace because they allow this to go on here. Gone down hill since Lynn is no longer here!"

"I have lived here for three years and moving at end of August 2021. The ladies in the office are always super helpful and maintenance shows up when something has went wrong with urgency. weve always kept to ourselves for the most part living here but generally everyone this far, has been super kind as neighbors. I would recommend others living here. We are moving out as we have expanded our horizons and building a new home. But if it wasn’t for that we would be staying longer. Thanks for the last three years. We don’t have any complaints."

"If you care about your health stay away from these apartments. Have roaches for six months because they failed to clean the unit next to me for 3 months after the tenant left. If you have a maintenance issue good luck on getting anything down. Took them 6 months to fix a flashing on the roof that was messed up causing it to leak into my bathroom every time it rained and mold problem in the attic was never addressed even though they said there was no mold but there was the mold smell in the bathroom and my family and I started getting sick more often. I finally gave up and left and they charged me 1800. The office personnel are rude and lied to me multiple times and maintenance always had an atrocities because they only have one maintenance guy working for 300 units. We moved and now haven’t been sick at all and are in a condo which is better than the apartments Please stay away from here. There are way better apartments in the area that don’t cost much more in rent. If I could give a zero for a rating I would have"

"1500 building at Lost Tree apartments is completely infested with roaches. I couldn't even move in. I gave the manager a check for 1,655.00. I spent over 3 hours cleaning the kitchen that she said she had done. There were roach feces everywhere and live roaches coming out of the walls. I took pics of everything. All they did was put a new microwave in because of how bad the roaches are. Carrie Rule the property manager only refunded me 1,052.00. They steal people's money, move families in to poor living conditions and do not care about the well beings of children or familes. The entire complex is roach infested. I talked with all the neighbors that have lived there for years. They even claim she does nothing about it. She wouldn't move her family in a mess like that. I have reported her to the BBB and the housing authority. No one should be aloud to take money from someone who never moves in. I wouldn't even rate this place with a star, but it requires you to choose at least one. She needs to be fired immediately. Pathetic."

"I have and still live here..been here for 6 years and they have always been nice..sure sometimes things happen which it would with any apartment complex but they have always done the best they can. Pretty sure I been here so long my deposit is long gone I have pets so I’m certain. The neighbors you can hear occasionally but yet again it’s apartments your going to. As far as the drugs it has never been and issue for me, basically stuck to yourself worry about you and your family make a few good neighbors and you will be fine. For what I pay in rent and utilities I can afford to move somewhere else and I’m a single mom making it alone."
