Bee Creek Apartments

"Good location but very disappointed in the new management. 1. Had mold issues twice. First time they were there immediately cleaning and fixing. Second time we found some in a closet next to an outer wall we never used. This time they charged us out of our deposit for the mold even though we had nothing to do with it. Not sure why they have mold problems. 2. Also on moving out they charged us for a broken blind that was broken when we moved in. 3. They kept all of our deposit but $70 and had no plans of returning that amount until I reached out to them 60 days after our lease had ended. 4. They charged us an extra $100 for a late charge when they took over ownership because our auto draft wouldn't work anymore. We had no idea this would take place and caught it on the 5th when hadn't been taken out and was still charged $100. 5. They look to raise your rent $100 each year. 6. They are very disrespectful when we tried to talk to them about these issues. Not sure what all options are out there in Branson but would avoid dealing with this group if possible."

"Moved in under the original management team, they kept the complex tidy and clean; plus they ran it like the community it should be, with holiday balcony decorating contests, community yard sales, and other events. Then the complex sold. To a company in New York. Since the takeover of the new company, there are more and more non residents coming on-property to break into cars, go through the dumpsters, or use the parking lot as their playground, all in the middle of the night. At any one time you will find a dumpster overflowing with garbage. They required all pet owners to pay to be in the Poo-Prints program so they could track who wasn't picking up after their dogs - waste of my money because nothing changed. The same usual suspects walk their dogs and don't pick up after them and nothing is done. The kids are allowed to play wherever they want, doesn't matter if it's in front of your apartment window. And they leave their playthings all over the place, including in the middle of the driving areas. The pool is always closed for chemical balancing and I think somebody kept putting dirty diapers down the filter. The pool was never closed with the old management. Then it was time to move. THANK GOD. Missouri law states 30 days they have to put your deposit refund back in your hands. The check was cut the 8th, I didn't get it until the 26th THE NEXT MONTH. The check literally sat in the accounting office in NJ for 6 weeks. No apology, no explanation. Absolutely rotten customer service. Two caveats to all of this is. My experience with Daniel, the property manager, has always been good. He's always very nice, very professional. I wish him well. The other is the people I called neighbors were amazing, they became my community, and I will miss them. Aside from the icky things about the complex there are some very good people who live there. So, overall I definitely don't recommend Bee Creek Apartments. Proceed at your own risk, and I wish you luck."

"I am very disappointed in the management of Bee Creek Apartments. When we first moved in, under a previous management, we had a great experience. With the current management our experience was less than to be desired. Upon moving out, we discovered that in a spare bedroom closet (exterior wall) there was mold. We had nothing in that closet that would have contained any moisture. They are charging us (through our deposit) for the cleanup of this mold. It is obvious that this is an issue with the wall. When trying to talk to the manager about this situation he was rude and demeaning. Honestly I have never been spoken to in the way he spoke to me. I was so upset by it I was shaking when I left. It’s disappointing that the apartments are left in this man’s hands."

"Very nice place to live. Great amenities and great staff. Near Super Wal Mart and other shopping. Spacious, upgraded apartments. Very nice family atmosphere."

"My husband and I lived at Bee Creek for a year (would have stayed longer if jobs did not move us) and absolutely loved our time there! The location in Branson is perfect to all shopping and restaurants while still on the north side of town for easy access to Springfield. The apartments are large, very well kept, and quiet for apartment life. We loved spending time at the pool in the summer. The neighbors were always friendly and we never had a complaint about noise. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Any minor maintenance requests we had were completed within a day. Brandy helped us through the lease process and answered any questions during our time there. The move-out process was also extremely easy. Danielle and Adam were so friendly and helpful during the inspection and our entire stay. We will miss them! Can't recommend Bee Creek and the staff enough!"
