"This place was my first renting experience. It could've gone either way. Scott, the manager was always helpful understanding and fixed anything I needed. I'm a young woman and I never felt unsafe. Kids are playing, families are present. I lived here for a year and 4 months, not one problem. free wifi, pool, close to Walmart and the highway. I'm sad I'm leaving."

"The place has no control. My husband and I work early mornings. There are neighbors who belong more in a trailer park than here. Cops have been called, complaints have been made. Nothing. They fight, slamming, yelling etc. When is enough. Police have been in the complex 6-8 times. We're moving soon."

"Manager ignores much needed maintenance to the point where emergency repairs become necessary. Units need a lot of updates, including new windows. Most of the windows have broken seals. Very little insulation for weather or sound. The decks are all unsafe, as they don't have proper support beams. During bad winter weather, manager ignores much needed snow removal in all areas. Most of the time, you have to wait for it to melt, unless you like to walk in the middle of parking lot. Floors creek, probably due to poor structure. Very high humidity in units, could indicate lack of moisture barriers. Gutters and downspouts are inadequate to handle rain -- these should be commercial grade and not the cheap residential grade. Pet Deposits become non-refundable pet fees after you move in. Manager ignores health risks of multiple units having black mold. Numerous people have complained, and manager just tells them to move out. Club-house is non-useable. Pool is often closed. Trash Dumpster areas are disgusting and often have rodents or bugs in them. Manager allows too many people and cars in a single unit. Some units have 5-8 people in them and 4-5 cars (these are 2 bedroom units). If you are looking for a quiet place to live, don't bother with this one."
