"Moved here about 7 months ago and everything has been golden with maintenance and staff. Very satisfied very quiet and close to all the action."

"The apartment itself was nice, if expensive for the area. Maintenance was always prompt and when they could resolve an issue they did. Management was friendly and responded quickly for most issues. They had community events and the amenities were great. The internet provided is great for 95% of people as it's fiber by a local coop. The provided appliances are a step above basic but functional. The location is fantastic as it's maybe a five minute drive into the center of town but still set away from most other things to maintain a sense of privacy. However, DO NOT rent a ground level unit if you can help it. I had noticed a smell start to develop after it rained and was told this was normal. Eventually this led to mold growth inside the apartment, mostly in the closets. I had mentioned this multiple times however it seemed there was a transition in local management and the most that was done was wiping it off where it was present. I chalk up some of the issues with it being taken care of to that, but not all. Upon moving out mold was discovered in places that were out of site but under things like a desk, including outlets. Whether this was caused due to a leak somewhere or a problem with the HVAC system, I'm unsure. I am aware that this area of Missouri may have been normalized to some mold exposure, and as a transplant from Arkansas this was shocking, but it should not be as present as it was. One of my pets developed a breathing condition that will require treatment for the rest of her life. The management has expressed their apologies and worked with me to remediate the situation, and I'm sure they've investigated and resolved the issue that was present in my unit, but I would still heavily recommend against a ground or below ground unit."

"If I had the money to move, I'd move. Rent is outrageous, Mira made my wife (who is disabled) sit in a hot apartment for 2 days last summer because the repair man mist the office help-lunch was more important according to Mira. Mira also ordered the maintenance to destroy birds nests on purpose. Oh, rent, $995 for a 2 bedroom and pet monthly fee."

"I've been here for 3 years now, and am overall satisfied. The staff is courteous and typically attentive. The swimming pool is nice with lots of seating, and there's a 24 hour gym available. Both require a magnetized key fob type thing to enter, which is nice for security purposes. Through the winter, they do a great job salting, clearing, and maintaining the sidewalks when we get snow or ice. They also have the parking lot cleared in a timely manner. They do well with maintenance as far as inside the units, and they keep the grounds fairly clean, however, there are sometimes things that don't get resolved (ex, there has been a hand railing out of the cement since the end of October 2022, and I was told an outside company was coming to repair it soon. That's been 4 months ago). Rent includes water, sewer, trash and internet. They also provide a washer and dryer in EACH unit, which comes in handy. The internet is fantastic, never have any problems with it. I will say, cable used to be included, but they cut the cable over a year ago, and then raised the rent (about 13%), and then the following lease renewal, raised the rent again (about 22%). I do think rent is a little high, but is overall worth it. They do patio decorating contests (which people LOVE), and they do "Get to Know Your Neighbors" gatherings atthe clubhouse every month or so (I've never been, as it's always during my work hours), with food, every month or 2. It's very quiet here, and the view of the mountains is perfect!"

"We have been tenants at the Preserve since 2016 and have happily renewed our lease year after year. This is by far the nicest apartment complex in the Branson area. Most tenants seem stay for many years and tend to be more the within the quieter older age range, at least in our building. The units are spacious and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. They are always very quick with maintenance issues when they arise. The office staff and leasing agents have always been so helpful, kind and treat you like family. Most importantly, having raised our own two children here it always felt like a very safe environment year around. With the economy being as it is the rent just went up substantially but in my mind it’s completely worth it compared to a lot of the other properties around Branson areas. Thank you to the Preserve for being a great place to call home."
