Marshall Condo Rentals

"The condo was nicely decorated. The stairs to the condo are incredibly steep, rickety and old. Honestly its a safety hazard. Please dont consider it if you have young children or elderly in your group. The property management is a little difficult to work with. You are absolutely not allowed to enter the condo until after 4pm. So they don't send the code until 4:03pm. Although you are paying to get in and your trip starts at 4pm. We were hoping for a bit of hospitality and friendliness but they lack that. We would choose somewhere else next time - just our opinion. (Edit in response to owner: obviously my name on Google review is not my full name therefore you wouldn't have full record of it. Stating "we have no record of you staying" seems to be a common defense mechanism. I assure you we stayed at the condo. I could tell you all about the snacks you left on the counter and the blankets in the closet. The Christmas tree and garland above the fireplace was a nice touch. The condo is very cozy. However, your response solidifies my opinion.)"

"Pointe Royale Golf Village is a gated community with resort features including an 18 hole golf course, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, racquetball, fly-fishing and there is more. Justine does a great job by ensuring all condos are well maintained and professionally cleaned. Condo #6 in Bldg 68 is to die for it has a direct view of Lake Taneycomo."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would! Do not rent from this place at the pointe royal in Branson mo, absolute scam!!! You can find a few of their rental condos like we did on vrbo at the pointe royal! BEWARE!!! We arrived at the gated community 10 min early and when the property manager told us to leave that our reservation will be canceled we simply told her okay we will we just thought we could sit out by our car (never attempted to go inside!!) and wait. Keep in mind we drove from North Carolina to Missouri so arriving 10 min early we thought wouldn’t be a problem waiting outside....so we leave and she calls us and tells us she has canceled our reservation immediately and to leave the gated community, which mind you, has a public golf course that we would be playing at in 2 days because we had reservations for that... she then proceeds to tell us that we would not be getting a refund and was absolutely hateful to me on the phone I have NEVER been talked to like that in my life, very rude and unprofessional is what she was! We will never be renting from this place again and if the company had any sense they would fire her immediately!” Because I’m sure this isn’t the first time she has canceled and non refunded a rental for someone showing up 10 min early outside the condo! Justine Stewart if you are reading this I want you to know you are one hateful lady and no one deserves to be talked to like you did our family. Stop running scams on people and taking their hard earned money!!!"
