"Fantastic service, great location, and the waterpark is amazing and its about to be better than ever!!! They are working on renovations, so it's not open yet. But it was awesome before and I it looks better than ever. Things are really coming along nicely, they are putting in a full restaurant."
"We have stayed here every time we visit. They are currently upgrading everything, and they warn you in every way that their waterpark is still being worked on. Their prices are great. They have free breakfast, gift shop, drinks/snacks, and adding some new accommodations. The staff is amazing and helpful no matter what time it is, and when we have had issues with other guests, they handle it immediately. Can't wait to come back when the water park and all other news things are finished!!! Sleeping accommodations are great too. They have bunk beds."
"This hotel has potential to be great however it still needs a lot of work. The waterpark isn't finished yet. They said we were allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the road however we didn't have time to go to it while there. (Quick overnight trip) The set up of the room we stayed in was nice. It had 2 queen beds and a little cove area with bunk beds and TV for the kids. I couldn't get the TV to work in the kids area. The room needed some updates. The bathroom towel rack fell off when you barely touched it, carpet was warped in one spot, outdated comforters on the bed, water marks on the ceiling, bathtub wouldn't drain well, etc."
"Staff is very friendly and helpful! We needed milk for our 1 year old daughter and the man at the front desk (regretfully I’m terrible at remembering names) went out of his way to find it for us. We will be staying here again this summer when the kids water park renovations are completed!"
