"BEWARE This place is a Total rip off, unethical salesman lied to my senior citizen mother. Taking advantage of her by saying the electric base was free / included .. it was not charged $300, very uncomfortable bed Sold her sealy euro queen prime #v00266353 when she tried returning, that 30 day guarantee is total rubbish. After all the fees they charged, went from $800 to a $300 refund. There’s always “ that guy “ that lies to clients, and that guy works at this place.. we will be telling everyone we know .. lifelong KC residents .."

"John the associate was attentive and friendly. He listened to my needs. He tested several products with me. A no pressure sale, nor rushing to get to another customer. The store appeared busy during my visit. I thought the price was reasonable . I needed my product delivered to my residence in Ohio. He confirmed that it was available to be delivered within 24hrs of my arrival to Ohio. He explained warranty an gave me the option to consider additional optional coverage within the limited time sale offered. No concerns noted."
