"My experience here has been mostly positive. Rooms are clean, modern appliances, and nice hardwood floors. During my arrival at check-in, I agreed to listen to a timeshare meeting in exchange for 2 rounds of golf and 40,000 IHG points. The two gentlemen who were there telling me about this offer thoroughly reviewed my qualifications to ensure I would qualify for this receive this reward. After meeting all of the qualifications, I asked both of them if there were any other qualifications or objectives I'd need to complete, and they told me no. At the end I was told if I brought someone else they would double my reward I told them no, my girlfriend who lives with me is going to be staying at the hotel with to watch our children while I attend this event. They told me since she's my girlfriend and we live together, she would not qualify to receive any type of reward. Fast forward to the next day when I am set to have this timeshare meeting, I was greeted at the preview center to check in. The lady asked me the same questions to verify and ensure I would be qualified to receive the rewards. 1. Have a valid ID 2. Not be a Holiday Inn Owner 3. Have an income of $50,000.00 4. Be employed or retired. 5. No bankruptcies Etc. I checked in early and was greeted by the man who would be doing my presentation. After some small talk and concessions. I was asked to sign make some notes on this piece of paper and a statement that my girlfriend (had to write her name) was my girlfriend and that we *lived* together. He leaves and his manager comes out making me sign this paperwork. She tells me that since my girlfriend lives with me, she has to be here for me to get the reward. I told her I was never informed she had to be there and everyone else I talked to never told me she had to come with me not to mention I informed everyone I talked to she had to stay at the hotel to watch our 9 year old, his friend who is 10 and our 8 month old. Me and my girlfriend just had our premature newborn die not even a month ago. She has post partum depression and anxiety from this event. I also let them all know that. I was genuinely interested in ownership, especially since I currently own 5250 ADRs/Shares of IHG, the equivalent of $582,000.00. I wanted to expand my portfolio. However, the people here showed no sign or interest in me. I am disappointed in the staffs failure to properly inform me, If I was made aware she needed to be there I would have made it happen. Bottom line stay for the enjoyment of the hotel itself and not for the timeshare or hotel service."

"Noticed the cleaning has been getting worse. We go to relax and I end up cleaning... We love the location to the places and restaurants."

"The resort is huge. Gps took us to the golf side entrance. So we had to backtrack to the registration office. The rooms were nice with a small full kitchen. The only problem with it is there are no elevators and we were on the second floor so had to carry up and down the luggage which sucked."

"Had a great time. We were there for. Gymnastics meet in winter so it was pretty cold out. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The little scavenger hunt in the main building was fun too and the little rec center was cute. Make sure you check the schedule as they do little activities there."

"Rooms were clean, lots of space, in good area. However, my 2 complaints are the floors and walls are paper thin, so you hear every foot step. # 2 complaint really ticked me off, on our last night my kids all ready in bathing suites ready to go to indoor pool and hot tub. They close at 10 we arrive at 8pm and doors locked, disappointed kids and myself, really needed hot tub to relax. Called desk and lady said lights in bottom of pool are out and unsafe to swim. However the lights were out the night before too but people were in there swimming. Either way at least keep hot tub open and if true get lights fixed, especially now down 2 nights that we know of. People play all day and then are ready to relax. Huge disappointment!"
