"They don’t even deserve a 1 worst stay ever in Branson!!!!! The room was expensive you would think it would be nice it wasn’t not worth the money I paid! There was NO hot water at all!!! I got in the shower it was so cold I slipped and fell out of the shower they didn’t act very concerned at all didn’t offer a refund or anything they will be lucky if I don’t sue them!!!! Beds were not good at all. They were remodeling they said but that was no excuse. Awful not good at all I think we would had a better stay at the Bates hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"

"it would have been really ideal to have been notified beforehand that there would be ear-piercingly loud construction directly outside of our hotel room being done on the outside wall, starting at 8 am on thanksgiving morning. i understand of course that construction must be done, but a bit of warning or even discount would have been great…? instead, we had to deal with unbearably loud drilling for hours and it got to the point that we had to literally leave our room to not go absolutely crazy. the one morning of our trip that we could actually sleep in a bit, and we weren’t even able to. not really impressed"

"Will not stay here again. On our first night there I reported that there were bugs in the bathroom sink & it took them 5 hours to respond. Even after doing what they did it did not get rid of them. I ended up stuffing a wash cloth in the drain to keep them from coming back. Day 1 & 2 our room was not cleaned & bed was not made. Day 3 bed made & towels & bath mat removed but no replacements left. Called for towels to be brought to the room & after nearly 2 hours ended up going down to desk to get them ourselves. Not what I expect for $167 a night"

"The location isn’t bad if you want to get anywhere within 10 to 15 min. Nighttime dessert was good, breakfast was just ok, it’s nothing fancy at all and they need new waffle machines cause the ones they have are very burnt up and nasty looking. Rooms were pretty clean, only 2 pillows per bed is a little silly so we ended up getting 3 extra pillows. Beds are somewhat comfy. If you’re wanting a hot or even warm shower here think again. Our water never even got warm. Good thing our trip wasn’t very long. Needless to say I would give it a 2 out of 5 stars. Hot tub made me very itchy also."

"Sheets were not changed and had gross stains on them. Clock on bedside table was not working or even on. When calling downstairs for sheets we needed to pick up and make the bed ourselves, which should not be the case if the bed was dirty prior to us arriving and sheets weren’t changed by housekeeping. Front desk said breakfast on Saturday morning ended at 9 am when it was 10 am. So we rushed to get there when we had another hour. Then management and staff were in the dining room complaining loudly about another staff member who didn’t show up and was having interviews at Golden Corral or something. Photos of updated rooms were not the same as the room we got, which seems deceiving. Only 2 pillows per bed when standard hotels I stay at it is 4 per bed."
