"This place was $65, $76 after tax, it was clean, comfortable, fantastic breakfast! Now it isn't the Ritz, but we didn't pay Ritz prices, best bang for our buck that we have found in Branson! Sorry we missed the dessert!"

"Very disappointed in this hotel. It needs a thorough deep cleaning. The baseboards and edges around the room haven’t been touched in years. Our bed was comfortable, but the other people with us said their beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a nice big window to look out, but again it was filthy. The dining area was very grimy. I don’t mind that it’s an older hotel, and it’s in a good location, but it could be kept clean. Housekeeping came in while we were gone and the only thing they did was leave fresh towels. I would never stay here again."

"Breakfast was good. they had biscuits and gravy,scrambled eggs,fried potatoes 5 kinds of cold cereal to pick from and Waffles. Desserts were good. They had two kinds of cobbler the night we stayed and ice cream cups. Rooms were clean. No bad smells. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet area . Not alot of noise. Had vending machines for drinks and snacks. Rooms had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Had an elevator .Location was good short driving distance to stores restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again."

"We have stayed at this motel for years and this last visit may well be our last. At the beginning, they were part of Branson's Best chain which we like due to breakfast & evening dessert and the facility has always been reasonably clean. While we know it is hard to keep the common areas clean with constant foot traffic (sidewalks, elevator, hospitality room) we feel that more attention needs to be made in these areas. The floor of the elevator was so dirty that we didn't even want to sit our suitcase down. Our room was clean, although the carpet was in need of a good cleaning. The floor of the bathtub was so stained, we didn't want to use it. We didn't stay our second night. We did complain to the front desk and they were very apologetic. The location of the motel is wonderful (off the main roads) but afraid that we won't be staying here again."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Check in was fast and simple. The room was clean. Everything worked, the bed was very comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, instant hot water, the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and hot, the evening desserts were great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again. The location is great."
