"Reserved a room over Christmas 2023. We arrived at 4:30 and were told that the front desk was closing at 7:00 pm. The hot tub was broken. We checked in went to the room and it was filthy 5 minutes. Went back to the front desk and told them we were not staying. They would not refund the night and the manager wont return calls."

"Very dated, rooms are not well cleaned but priced decent and a block from the strip. I would not recommend if you're staying on vacation for a few days or a week. We had a great experience, super quiet and seemed to be empty however I could see how others might not have this same experience during a busier time."

"We were told we could check in at 12 noon, that the room was ready. We got there right at noon and were told that they had got busy that night and they didn't have a room ready. She told us that the next room they do would be ours and would call us when it was ready. We went to eat to wait for a call. We finally got a room at 2:30p which made us late getting into Silver Dollar City. The room was comfortable. The next morning the breakfast wasn't great. They didn't even offer decaf or cream for coffee. Not sure if we will stay again."

"What a nightmare. This place is filthy. Bugs, mostly roaches. The staff is useless, uncaring, mean spirited. Been coming to Branson for sixty years, never been treated so poorly. Two seventy year old disabled veterans were thrown out on street, credit card rendered useless because of their staffs poor training. Do yourself a favor avoid this place, it will ruin your vacation. Now I will have to try and get these overcharg back. Wish me luck.getting these bed bugs out of my luggage."

"My wife and I been staying here for the last 9 or so years. We have even brought family with us and had multiple rooms rented. This was no exception but has been the worst experience I have ever had with this or any place I have ever stayed. It started at check in with the smell of rotten milk and dirty toilet. Horrible ! Rooms were not what we had reserved weeks ahead of time. Next morning went to get a cup of coffee and there was none. Counter was covered with what looked like gravy from one end to the other. And once again that smell !! Next day we realized that somehow our checking account had been charged with 2 separate amounts by them even though we used credit card at check in. ( it was also showing to be charged by them but 3 separate amounts). Spoke to the front desk and was told they have to get with their technical department to get it fixed. Monday at checkout I was told it was taken care of and all those charges would drop off and only 1 would show up on our cc like we wanted. Fast forward a week. Still dealing with it. Even though the told us we showed checked out and paid in full we are still also getting charged 2 more charges for the full amount of both rooms we rented on our checking account in which we never gave them authorization to use in the first place. Our cc is showing the correct amount also being charged by them. When you can get them to answer the phone they are either unhelpful or rude and argumentative. They now have almost $900 of my money tied up in my account. Have charged us around $1400 in total. I rented 2 rooms, not trying to buy the place. Used to love the place. Last few years really gotten worse at each stay. That will be the last time ."
