"Awful with a capital A. Drove hours here, hard timeshare sell just to get a parking pass. Wife holding sleeping 35lb kid, room keys didn’t work, told me to wait in line. Asked for sheets, got none. Light rain and they closed the indoor pool for “our safety”. Even with the sun coming out. Lots of people in line complaining about different issues. This place is a mess, would recommend spending your money elsewhere."

"Last weekened was a weekend get-a-way for my birthday and it was absolutely HORRIFIC! We weren't even in the room an hour and the jacuzzi didn't work. Okay, fine. However not even an hour after doing some work on my laptop, which was around 10 pm, my husband found a bed bug crawling on the top of the comforter. We stripped the bed and found a bug trail. When we went to the office, there were two gentlemen, they were like, "oh, let's get you another room". We settled for another condo in an entirely different building. After that, I could not shake the bug feeling. This jacuzzi worked, however, after running it, there was so much gunk in the bottom of the tub, so clearly not cleaned properly and absolutely disgusting. We went through a host on airbnb and also informed them of the issue. They try to get you to participate in basically giving you a lecture for 2 hours on why you should invest in their properties, the will call EVERY SINGLE DAY to ask and it's $99 dollars down, which is refundable but guarantees a spit in that lecture. Overall with my hosts from Airbnb and the staff I just wasn't happy with how they handled the situation. I never even got an apology a single time. They acted like this was nothing new when I brought the actual evidence and photos to them. They basically shrugged it off and was like, new room?"

"We stayed here as part of a time share offer so that we could check out the Branson area and learn more about what they had to offer. Honestly, we declined all of their offers, which were pretty enticing, after they put us in the room that we stayed in. The room was very dated, serious basic maintenance was needed, the room smelled as musty and foul as I have ever smelled a room, and sleeping "4" was a super twin and a pullout couch? Honestly, the hotel room , which we stayed in the night before was a single room and bathroom, was nicer than this room even though it had a kitchen. They really should not advertise that it sleeps four in this day and age when most hotel rooms have 2 queen size beds and a lot of the time also have a pullout as well. The paint was peeling on the railing outside, the pool was crazy crowded, and one of the hot tubs was not in service so there were like 10 people in a single hot tub. To top it off someone was smoking pot inside of one of the adjacent rooms (all of the rooms were supposed to be no smoking) and it filled our room up with pot smoke. Not a good experience at all and most likely cost them a long term sale which was the goal of having us stay at this property. Very sad indeed."

"Parents got a spot here for a week. Pool was awesome, huge, ledge around outside for kids, 2 hot tubs, nice facility. Rooms were spacious. Comfortable. Etc. No real complaints!"

"Very disappointed in our stay this time. Felt we paid for something much nicer and did not receive that. Tiny unit, dirty, smelled like old cigarettes. Last time I was there we had 2 full bathrooms, spacious kitchen, not this time, but that's what I paid for. Pull out bed was incredibly uncomfortable, no black outs on any of the blinds so light was in the unit the whole time. We will not go back."
