"The rooms were dirty. There was someone's leftover food in the refrigerator. The keys only work the first few swipes, bthe beds are uncomfortable and pillows are super lumpy. Their breakfast room is chained shut so they don't even do that either."

"The hotel has changed to be part of the Choice privilege hotel chain. Everything was good with the exception the bed mattresses will need to be changed out. Maybe due to cost they have not done so yet. After sleeping on one waking up the next morning my back hurt and shoulders hurt because the mattresses are wore out. Breakfast was good and plenty. Customer service was good also."

"I just got back from spending a week in Branson with my significant other for her birthday and we stayed at the Boardwalk inn. The rooms were clean, and spacious. The in room fridge was big and had our drinks ice cold. We were in the second building where a hot breakfast was served every morning that was pretty good, the coffee was great. This hotel is a great value on the strip in Branson and I would recommend anyone stay there if they are looking for a no frills hotel on the strip. We will definitely stay here again."

"I guess this used to be a Baymont? And it was badly rated at the time. However since whoever bought it and named The Boardwalk Inn, they have been doing a great job apparently at upgrading everything. I really had nothing negative to say about the whole experience. The price was really excellent and the location is top notch, in the middle of everything. We were in the lower building on what was considered the second floor. But we parked at the back of the building which the ramp went right into the second floor so we didn't have any stairs to get to our room which was 2202. The breakfast is downstairs from there in a really nice breakfast room. They had some great omelettes already made up with either cheese or like peppers in the other ones. The pool look nice and I saw a few people in it once in a while but we just never got a chance to get in it because we did so much other stuff around Branson since we've never been there before. Whoever the owners and managers are, keep up the good work because your rating since you became Boardwalk is great. And that makes a difference I'm sure to a lot of people like me. This was our honeymoon and we had just got married two weeks before in Pigeon Forge which I guess Branson is kind of like now? And it is but not yet as loaded with tourists like Pigeon Forge. Even though there was only one lane each way on the main road it wasn't all that bad."

"Formally the Baymont Inn which I booked on line in 2/2023 and got a confirmation. Felt Baymont would be a good quality hotel. Didn't get a cancellation notice. Got to Branson in May 2023 and found out it changed to Broadwalk Inn. Very Very Disappointed. Understood why Baymont let this hotel go because of the condition of the hotel. Office staff including manager didn't know how to book a room since they just reopened since I didn't have a reservation which was originally cancelled. Smelly cow smell Elevator in lower building. Washer didn't work and actually stopped mid cycle. Other washer was broke. Never ate breakfast. Room was old 50s decor. Only people in building for 2 nights. Felt like The Shining movie. At check out, total cluster. Used Discover card and full amount was pinged when checked in. At check out, Discover Card declined because the Boardwalk Inn manager tried to charge my card again. Should have just walked out and chalked up to lesson learned but was trying to be honest. Very Very disappointed. All rooms need renovation, If you want cheap and disgusting hotel, this is your place. I usually don't write bad reviews but this hotel will not be a good place for families."
