"We have been coming here for years,and it's still well maintained and beautiful. I was blessed to get a unit with a hot tub , ahhhhhh! Listen to the creek flowing close by,and the birds singing, and in 2 minutes you can be on 76 highway!"

"I was disappointed that the workout room only consisted of 3 bikes. No weights, nothing else. Cabins, pools, was nice but I work out daily and was looking forward to a real exercise room."

"The staff in the cabin office were very polite. The cabin was nice EXCEPT the gas in the fireplace escaped all the time, my companion had to fan the fireplace with a newspaper to get it to light, but the gas fumes were sickening! THEN, when we attended the presentation, upon finding out that we weren't going to buy, the salesman, who had a bad cold and kept wiping his nose with the hand that he used for the paperwork for us, was very unprepared, and became VERY annoyed with us. He AND the manager couldn't get rid of us fast enough!!! We'd NEVER purchase from them because of their attitudes!!!"

"We heard a presentation today where we were treated like kids and insulted. If you go for a time share/vacation club presentation, realize that if you don't mindlessly write down what the presenter tells you, you may be deemed "uncooperative" and not receive the gift promised for attending. The marketing agent Etour and travel, apparently owned by Festiva, told us it was a 90 - 120 minute maximum timeframe. Once there we found out it is a 120 minute minimum. We had plans for after the presentation and needed to go. They said we were uncooperative and the salesman suggested we might not qualify for their program anyway! I found this offensive and stated so. In the end they refused to provide a significant incentive for going and we wasted two hours of our vacation time. This is our warning to those who attend this "top presenting, top selling" Festiva location, that they keep their statistics good by kicking out those who ask tough questions. The presenter seemed very showy and fake. We already filed a BBB complaint."
