Great Rock at Branson

"Check-in was a little inconvenient since the check-in is a mile and a half away. Condo room was clean. Furniture could have been better update/up kept (the sofa was peeled). Stay was comfortable and decent for price."

"This was a great place to stay. To start, we made the reservation through AIRBNB. This was a non refundable room. The dates we were scheduled to come my fiance ended up in the hospital. Needless to say we could not make the trip. I talked to the people and explained what was going on. They let me change the dates at no charge! This to me was above and beyond what they had to do. They care about the guest! They will have my business from now on as we are frequent flier to the area."

"Buyer BEWARE. They will show you pictures of the NEWLY renovated property and will put you in the NON renovated rooms. When I book my stays I go off of the information presented and that is not what we were given. The resort should make a separate listing for the non renovated property because it is A MESS. Nails sticking an half inch out of thresholds, cracks in tile, mildew smell that hits you in the face as you enter the door. The couch is one big mess of peeling faux leather. Carpets are stained, moldy shower seats. You can hear the people above you showering/walking. Everything is insanely outdated. If you like sleeping on springs this is the king size bed for ya. I could go on. When we asked to be given the unit we booked we were told those rooms were fully booked and they switched us units only to be given another non renovated unit and the very same problems. Don’t stay here. Take your money elsewhere."

"My husband and I stayed there the first part of November 2023. Absolutely loved the place. We were on fourth floor and thankful for the elevator since I have knee problems. The view off the balcony was beautiful. The trees were in full fall color. We were close enough to the strip yet far enough to feel off to ourselves. Will stay again when we come back that way."

"Office is across town. We ended up having to drive 2 times because we were given a room that wasn't ready. We still had to wait because the room key didn't work for the new room. Staff was friendly though and the location was nice and quiet. Rooms were ok, but could use a little more updates and cleaning, but good for the price. Now, several months later, I am getting consistent calls from a call center about deals in regards to this resort. For that, I am giving a lower rate! They have called 3 times today with different numbers and it's getting annoying."
